Our story

Why we exist

The Mitchy Foundation was founded following the sudden loss of a beloved father, brother, son, and friend of many, Michael "Mitchy" Badnall. On 4 February 2020, Mitchy lost his life to a sudden heart attack, with no known previous concerns about his heart. We exist so that fewer families have to go through what we did.
