Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge raises £15,177 for heart health checks

3 min read

A large group of Mitchy Foundation supporters in red shirts gathered on the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge route.

36 people representing The Mitchy Foundation, what a team.

From the first steep climbs to the final push across the finish, the day was filled with blood, sweat, tears and more than a couple of nasty blisters, but every single step was worth it.

Together, the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge raised an incredible £15,177 for the foundation. That support will help us continue providing free heart health checks in local communities, uncover underlying risks and ultimately save lives.

We are beyond grateful to everyone who took on Yorkshire's three tallest peaks on 20 July, and to every person who donated, shared a fundraiser or cheered the team on from home. We appreciate every single one of you.

The fundraising competition brought a brilliant extra edge in the run-up to the event, and it was special seeing so many familiar faces getting behind the challenge. Thank you for helping turn one tough day in the hills into lasting impact for local heart health.
